Life/Rescue and Free Fall Boat, Release Gear & it’s launching Appliances servicing and maintenance

Our Specialist work on Lifeboat and Davit system covers the Annual Inspection and 5-Year Maintenance scope under the latest IMO MSC. 1206 / 1277 regulations which include damaged repairs on structural fiberglass hull, load testing, servicing and installation of lifting hook ‘on-load’ release gears, renewal of wire falls, overhaul of winch and brake system, complete painting of the boat, engine overhaul, maintenance of propulsion and steering mechanism, servicing of sheaves and blocks and all other associated works.

Our Certified Engineers and Technicians will see that works fulfill our clients’ stringent requirements. To ensure that our works are beyond accepted standards, we carry out necessary testing and certifications to meet every Classification Societies’ requirements and also those set forth by SOLAS and International Maritime Organization.

Life Raft Servicing

We are in a position to offer and coordinate inspections according to SOLAS requirements and all kind of repairs for all of their life raft types.
We offer performance that requires a high level of technical and organisational know-how and relevance in many classes. Because of this, our high-quality activities are regularly tested by all important Classification Societies, Flag State Administrations, and Testing and Certification Authorities for ISO9001:2008 Management.

Cargo Gear Testing & Certification

Testing of all kind of ship’s derricks & cranes up to 150 tonnes in all mode.
Testing of ship’s loose gears, i.e. hooks, shackles, swivels & blocks and Grabs
Annual examination of all derricks, cranes & loose gears, Issue certificates & endorsement in cargo gear register
Carry out testing of spreaders, lifting beams, head block of telescopic spreader.
Carry out testing, issuing certificates for twist locks of container lifting spreaders as per safety regulations
